Role Overview

Nael & Bin Harmal Hydroexport Est. (NBHH) is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Architectural 3D Visualizer to join our Dubai-based team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to translate architectural concepts into high-quality, photorealistic visual representations that support project development and client engagement.

This role is well-suited for a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced architectural environment and enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-end 3D visualizations, still renders, walkthroughs, and animations that accurately represent architectural intent and design concepts.

• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design requirements and deliver visually compelling outputs.

• Produce realistic and technically accurate imagery with strong attention to lighting, textures, materials, scale, and composition.

• Manage multiple visualization tasks across various projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

• Contribute to client presentations by effectively communicating design ideas, revisions, and enhancements through visuals.

• Stay up to date with emerging visualization tools, software, and industry trends to continuously improve output quality.

• Guide and mentor junior visualizers, supporting workflow optimization and maintaining visualization best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 3D Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural or construction-related 3D visualization.

• Advanced proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or similar software.

• Strong artistic and technical skills with a keen eye for realism, detail, color balance, and visual storytelling.

• Experience with post-production tools such as Photoshop and After Effects is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• A professional portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural visualization work.
