Join Caterpillar Inc. as an SEM Sales Representative in Dubai and be part of a global team dedicated to building a better world. In this role, you will manage and nurture relationships with dealers to market and sell SEM products, such as wheel loaders, soil compactors, motor graders, and track-type tractors, to customers across the Middle East and Africa. Your responsibilities will include sales strategy development, performance reviews, and customer satisfaction improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively manage dealer relationships and market SEM products and services.

Assist dealers with sales/rental strategies, forecasting, and product rollouts.

Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

Lead the identification of new sales opportunities and work to enhance business relationships.

Use value selling techniques to provide tailored solutions for customers.

Develop customized business plans based on industry research and customer demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience (5-8 years) in a similar sales role, preferably in construction equipment.

A completed university degree in Engineering or a related field.

Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic.

Strong knowledge of value selling techniques and customer engagement.

Effective communication and negotiation skills.

In-depth understanding of industry trends and customer needs in the construction equipment sector.

Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities.
