Job Title: Seller Acquisition & Partnership Executive – E-commerce
Job Description:
SoukAlRas.ae, the UAE’s largest online marketplace for kitchenware and home essentials, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Seller Acquisition & Partnership Executive to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our seller base—bringing exciting brands and products onto our platform and helping us grow our reach within the UAE’s booming e-commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify, reach out to, and onboard new sellers within kitchenware, home essentials, and related categories.

Present the advantages of selling on SoukAlRas.ae, emphasizing platform benefits and market reach.

Guide sellers through the onboarding process, including product details, pricing, and listing procedures.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate product listing workflows.

Maintain high standards for seller performance, including timely deliveries and product quality.

Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with sellers, providing support post-onboarding.
Compensation:

Basic Salary: AED 1,500/month

Commission: Earn commissions for each successful seller onboarding and listing.

Incentives: Performance-based bonuses available.
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation abilities.

Experience in e-commerce, B2B sales, or business development preferred.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and ability to work independently.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Familiarity with UAE’s retail or e-commerce sector is an advantage.
