Securitas is hiring a Security Site Supervisor to lead on-site security operations, supervise personnel, and ensure compliance with all post orders and protocols. This position requires prior supervisory experience and a strong background in law enforcement, military police, or private security. The ideal candidate is technology-proficient, organized, and capable of managing and training teams to uphold Securitas’ values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
👥 Leadership & Team Oversight

Train, orient, and guide Security Officers on post responsibilities
-
Conduct site inspections and coordinate coverage for all shifts
-
Assist with scheduling, payroll submission, and performance evaluations
-
Review and implement site-specific post orders and procedures
📋 Administrative & Compliance
-
Complete incident and daily reports accurately and timely
-
Handle disciplinary actions, complaints, and staffing concerns
-
Ensure certifications and guard licensing (CPR/AED) are maintained
-
Enforce adherence to company and client-specific policies
✅ Qualifications:
Required
-
Minimum age 18
-
Associate degree (or equivalent experience)
-
Valid driver’s license with clean record
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in law enforcement, military police, or private security
-
CPR and AED certified (or willingness to obtain)

Fluent in English and proficient in technology tools (email, patrol software, etc.)
