Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and Monitoring: Conduct regular interior and exterior tours, monitor security cameras and alarms, and perform vehicle patrols.

• Access Control: Manage entry points, verify identification, and maintain visitor logs.

• Incident Response: Promptly handle emergencies and incidents, reporting details accurately to management.

• Reporting: Maintain detailed logs and incident reports.

• Emergency Procedures: Follow evacuation, medical, and other emergency protocols; coordinate with local authorities when necessary.

• Safety Compliance: Conduct security audits and ensure adherence to company policies.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and security staff to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and observation skills.

• Valid NH State Guard Card (or willingness to apply).

• Ability to stand for long periods and respond quickly to emergencies.

• Flexible to work weekends, nights, and holidays if needed.
