Securitas is seeking Entry-Level Security Officers to join our team in Duluth, MN. Available Shifts:

• Tuesday–Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct security patrols of buildings and surrounding property

• Monitor entrances and exits; ensure visitor and personnel safety

• De-escalate conflicts and respond to safety incidents

• Report suspicious activity clearly and promptly

• Provide accurate and detailed witness reports

• Deliver excellent customer service to employees and guests

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Basic computer and technology proficiency

• Ability to stay alert and professional throughout the shift

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to interact respectfully with a diverse range of individuals

• Pass a background check and drug test
