IDS HR Consultancy is seeking a Security Guard to ensure a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, patrolling, and safeguarding premises, while maintaining vigilance and professionalism at all times.

Although this position is listed as remote, it requires candidates who can manage surveillance systems, handle emergency response coordination, and report incidents effectively through digital monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure site security and safety.

• Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.

• Control access to facilities, verifying identification and authorizations.

• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.

• Record daily activities, incidents, and irregularities in detailed reports.

• Communicate and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when required.

• Maintain professionalism and composure during high-pressure situations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Physically fit and capable of performing security duties.

• Strong observation and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergencies.

• Basic knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and surveillance tools.

• Previous experience as a security guard preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid security guard license or certification is an advantage.
