Job Description:
We are hiring entry-level Security Guards for immediate deployment in Dubai. No prior experience is required — training will be provided. As an on-site Security Officer, you will be the foundation of our organization, helping to protect people, property, and information with professionalism and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct conflict resolution and de-escalation when needed.

Patrol premises both inside and outside to ensure security.

Interact frequently with client employees and guests, maintaining professionalism.

Identify, report, and escalate safety hazards and suspicious activities.

Respond promptly and accurately to emergencies or alarms.

Provide detailed and clear incident and witness reports.
Skills and Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Tech-savvy with the ability to operate various systems and reporting tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.

Attention to detail and the ability to stay vigilant and alert during shifts.

Must pass a drug test and background check.
