Job Title: Secondary Market Real Estate Agent

You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from property listing to final transaction, while ensuring client satisfaction and legal compliance. If you have strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a proactive mindset—this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying and selling resale (secondary market) properties

Conduct property evaluations and market analysis to establish competitive pricing strategies

Manage property listings on real estate platforms and maintain accurate CRM records

Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers

Negotiate sales terms, prepare necessary contracts, and coordinate the closing process

Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Foster long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up
Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (secondary market strongly preferred)

Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills

Proficiency in using CRM systems and online real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)

Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
