GEMS Royal Dubai School, a leading Premium British school in Dubai, is seeking a Secondary Inclusion Lead to join its growing team from August 2025. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for UK-trained educators with a strong background in inclusive education and leadership experience across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
Currently catering to students from FS1 to Year 7 and expanding to Year 8 in September 2025, the school is fully accredited as a World-Class High Performance Learning School. With over 850 students representing more than 48 nationalities, GEMS Royal Dubai School offers a dynamic, high-standard teaching environment with a strong focus on excellence and holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop inclusive practices across Key Stage 3, with a long-term vision for Key Stage 4 and 5

Ensure outstanding support for students with additional needs, gifted learners, and English language learners

Implement alternative educational pathways as needed, based on student requirements

Drive excellence and ensure high outcomes for all students, regardless of learning needs

Collaborate with teaching and leadership teams to create a cohesive and inclusive academic environment
Qualifications & Experience Required:
-
Must hold a SENDCO or Inclusion qualification
-
Must have a PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in an inclusion or SEND-focused role within secondary education

Demonstrated strong knowledge of inclusive education practices across Key Stages 3–5

Proven ability to implement alternative pathways for diverse learners

Experience in driving measurable improvements in student outcomes
