This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in service-based industries and a passion for digital growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that boost online visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings. This role demands a deep understanding of SEO best practices, AI-powered content tools, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact search terms.
• Optimize website content, including landing pages, blogs, and meta tags.
• Utilize AI-powered SEO tools such as Jasper, Frase, Surfer SEO, and Market Muse.
• Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic rankings.
• Monitor website performance using analytics platforms and SEO tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, site speed).
• Stay current with algorithm updates and industry trends.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Optimize existing content and create briefs using AIO strategies.
• Apply E-E-A-T principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) across all SEO efforts.

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques.
• Ability to create or guide the development of AI-enhanced, SEO-optimized content.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in service-based industries is preferred.
• Bonus: Understanding of AI’s evolving role in search (e.g., SGE, Bing Chat).
