Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Scrum Master – Data & AI to join their innovative team in Abu Dhabi. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to lead cutting-edge AI and data engineering projects, driving transformation and efficiency for leading clients in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Agile methodologies, project management, and Responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Data & AI projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and blockers.

• Promote and ensure adherence to Responsible AI practices.

• Act as a coach for Agile best practices within the team and with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong project management and certified Scrum Master capabilities.

• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar tools.

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and principles.

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

• Awareness and implementation knowledge of Responsible AI practices.

• Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.

Work Environment:
This position is hybrid, requiring flexibility between working from home, client sites, and Capgemini offices. 100% remote work is not permitted due to project needs.
