NOV is seeking a skilled Screen Assembler (Mechanical) to join their Abu Dhabi team. The role involves assembling product screens and their components, ensuring top-quality production standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with tools and machinery, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble product screens and components according to technical drawings and instructions.

• Rotate through different assembly tasks such as material handling, shotblasting, powder coating, heat pressing, and packaging.

• Inspect components for quality, accuracy, and compliance with engineering drawings.

• Operate machinery and equipment, including cranes and hand trucks (after training).

• Utilize power tools such as grinders, drills, and air/pneumatic tools for mechanical assembly.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and rework damaged parts as directed.

• Package finished products and prepare for shipment.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area.

• Follow all NOV Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and procedures.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of mechanical and/or hydraulics experience.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.

• Prior experience in screen manufacturing or mechanical assembly.

• Knowledge of powder coating, heat pressing, and material handling.

• Ability to lift up to 10–15 kgs.
