Iron Mountain is seeking a Scanning Supervisor to manage daily project activities and resources in alignment with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role involves overseeing the team’s productivity, quality audits, resource management, and client interactions. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations, team leadership, and project supervision, with a focus on quality assurance and customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Provide daily direction to employees, assigning activities, calculating production loads, and adjusting volumes according to team goals.

• Coordination: Hold regular huddle meetings to ensure smooth communication and coordination between project staff.

• End-of-Day Activities: Oversee that daily targets are met and ensure the site is clean before staff leaves.

• Reporting: Share weekly production reports internally and externally.

• Quality Audits: Perform physical and data audits to ensure work is within error tolerance margins.

• HR Management: Handle HR-related tasks such as scheduling vacations, maintaining attendance, assisting with performance reviews, and identifying training needs.

• Support Invoicing: Participate in key activities related to invoicing and Management Information System (MIS) processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Training in Data Confidentiality, Quality Assurance, and Excel.

• Experience in customer service and operations.

• Knowledge of supervising teams and managing resources effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.

• Experience in project supervision and client liaison.
