Job Description:

Doka Gulf is seeking a passionate and experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join its site-services team in Dubai. This role requires hands-on supervision of scaffolding operations, primarily focused on ring lock scaffolding systems, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily scaffolding activities and manage a multinational labor force on-site.

• Ensure project schedules meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Proactively address safety concerns and conduct toolbox meetings focused on Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE).

• Allocate workloads effectively among team members.

• Understand project specifications and guide the team accordingly.

• Plan scaffolding scope and forecast material and safety equipment needs.

• Conduct and document scaffold inspections.

• Ensure all employees are trained and competent, especially for working at heights and fall arrest systems.

• Report daily progress, productivity, and attendance to management.

• Evaluate workforce performance and address grievances.

• Maintain high standards of planning and organization.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Ring Lock Scaffold System.

• Carpentry skills are a plus.

• Moderate English communication skills.

• Flexibility to perform additional tasks as required.

• CISRS certification is advantageous.

• UAE Driving License is preferred.
