Job Overview

Sembol Inşaat is seeking an experienced and safety-driven Scaffolding Foreman to oversee scaffolding operations across major construction projects in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient scaffold erection, maintenance, and dismantling in line with industry standards and project timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth technical knowledge of scaffolding systems, and a proactive commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

• Ensure scaffolding structures are erected, modified, maintained, and dismantled in accordance with approved safety standards and company procedures.

• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding systems and equipment to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

• Lead, train, and manage scaffolding crews while promoting a culture of safety, discipline, and teamwork.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and planning teams to design scaffold solutions that meet operational requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of materials usage, inspections, workforce deployment, and work progress.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE safety regulations and construction industry standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scaffolding Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within construction.

• Strong technical knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scaffold layout plans.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Relevant scaffolding certification and trade qualifications preferred.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining strict safety compliance.

• Familiarity with UAE construction laws and safety regulations is an advantage.
