Job Title: SAP Services & Support Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Services & Support Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of SAP solutions within a leading automotive company based in Dubai. This role involves managing SAP functions efficiently while collaborating closely with business units to enhance processes and align IT capabilities with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of SAP services including implementation, upgrades, and support.

Act as the main point of contact between IT and business units to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements.

Drive process improvements and optimize SAP-related workflows using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Provide leadership and develop a mid-sized team focused on service delivery and SAP process enhancements.

Utilize deep knowledge of SAP modules such as FICO, SD, MM, WM, CRM, and BTP to support integrated business operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

SAP certification is mandatory.

Minimum 10 years of IT management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing SAP services.

Strong understanding of SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, WM, CRM, BTP) and integration techniques.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Age up to 35 years; open to Asian and Arabic nationals.
-
Residency in the UAE preferred.
