Position Title: SAP Program & Support Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to AED 25,000 all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Program & Support Manager to oversee the implementation, support, and continuous optimization of SAP systems across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between IT and business teams, ensuring seamless delivery of SAP services aligned with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end execution of SAP strategies, including module configuration, integration, and ongoing support.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Manage SAP project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines, applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Oversee third-party vendors, licensing, and support agreements to ensure service excellence.

Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional SAP support team while promoting a culture of innovation and accountability.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; SAP certification required.

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT leadership, with at least 5 years managing SAP-related teams and systems.

Hands-on expertise in SAP modules such as FICO, SD, MM, WM, CRM, and BTP.

Strong background in system integration, business process transformation, and change management.

Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, 35 years old and below.

Must be currently residing in the UAE.
