Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Retail Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of end-to-end retail solutions within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role is critical in building scalable, integrated retail architecture that supports multi-country operations, omnichannel commerce, and real-time inventory visibility.

You will work across multiple business and technical domains, ensuring seamless integration between retail, supply chain, and finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture across SAP S/4HANA Retail, SAP CAR, EWM, POS, and e-commerce platforms.

• Design and implement omnichannel retail solutions covering physical stores, online commerce, and distribution networks.

• Lead the implementation of SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR), including POS data integration, demand aggregation, and real-time analytics.

• Architect end-to-end retail processes including merchandising, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment strategies.

• Ensure seamless integration between retail systems, warehouse management, and financial systems.

• Establish architecture governance across functional, data, and integration layers.

• Support rollout strategies across pilot markets and full-scale deployment phases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and system integrators.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail architecture.

• Hands-on expertise in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR).

• Deep understanding of omnichannel retail ecosystems.

• Experience with POS integrations and retail system landscapes.

• Proven ability in enterprise-level SAP solution architecture design.

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (EWM) and supply chain integration.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
