Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Logistics & EWM Lead to drive the design and deployment of warehouse and logistics processes as part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA retail transformation program. This role focuses on implementing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions to optimize warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and logistics efficiency.

You will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration across procurement, sales, and finance functions while supporting large-scale warehouse rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, and internal logistics operations.

• Lead the rollout of SAP EWM solutions across warehouses and distribution centers.

• Define and manage logistics master data, including material master, warehouse structures, and storage configurations.

• Ensure integration between warehouse management, procurement, sales, and finance systems.

• Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Support system testing cycles, including UAT and operational readiness activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of EWM solutions.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 10–12 years of experience in SAP logistics and warehouse management roles.

• Strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

• In-depth knowledge of warehouse execution and inventory management processes.

• Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) integration.

• Understanding of retail logistics and supply chain operations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
