Istinye Dubai is seeking a skilled and experienced SAP B1 Lead Implementer to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Business One (SAP B1) projects, ensuring successful planning, configuration, data migration, and user adoption. This role demands strong project management expertise, technical proficiency in SQL and Power BI, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full implementation lifecycle of SAP Business One (SAP B1) projects.

• Plan and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.

• Configure SAP B1 systems according to business requirements.

• Handle data migration processes using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Design reports, dashboards, and integrate external systems with SAP B1.

• Provide end-user training, create manuals, and ensure seamless user adoption.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with organizational objectives.

• Identify and resolve technical and functional issues during and after implementation.

Qualifications:

• Proven, extensive experience with SAP Business One implementation and configuration.

• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.

• Strong project management and time management skills.

• Experience in data migration, system integration, and user training.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze business processes and deliver tailored SAP B1 solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Compensation:

• Monthly all-inclusive salary: AED 7,000 – AED 10,000, depending on experience.
