SO Original Art and Beauty, a premium salon experience in the heart of Dubai, is looking for a polished and proactive Salon Hostess to be the face of the brand. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with high energy, strong customer service skills, and a passion for beauty and hospitality.

As the first point of contact for clients, the Salon Hostess ensures each guest feels welcomed, pampered, and well-attended throughout their visit. The role includes front-of-house management, client coordination, social media content support, retail sales, appointment handling, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients professionally, embodying the salon’s luxury image

• Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and ready at the start of each day

• Manage client bookings, appointments, and confirmation calls

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and promote them to clients

• Support salon team in daily task management using checklists and SOPs

• Handle guest check-in, check-out, and payment transactions

• Respond to client emails, WhatsApps, and text inquiries professionally

• Assist in social media content creation (photos, videos, behind-the-scenes)

• Ensure accurate handling of cash, card payments, vouchers, and packages

• Maintain inventory of supplies (stationery, beverages, printed materials, etc.)

• Receive, cross-check, and store deliveries, reporting shortages if any

• Monitor and report any maintenance issues in the salon interior

• Support staff with grooming checks and uphold the salon’s appearance standards

• Communicate efficiently with the team and management
