TG Projects is currently seeking a Salesperson with a background in decoration or interior design to join our team in Sharjah on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is commission-based, offering excellent earning potential for motivated individuals with a passion for sales and a flair for aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach prospective clients interested in decoration and interior design services.

• Understand client needs and present customized solutions aligned with design preferences and project requirements.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

• Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software.

• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and market competition to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the decoration or interior design industry.

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to present tailored solutions.

• Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics.

• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Compensation:
