Job Overview

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Sales Associate to join a specialized retail store in Dubai. The role involves assisting customers, providing accurate product information, and ensuring a professional, compliant, and welcoming in-store experience.

This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and retail sales who are eager to learn product knowledge and adhere to strict store safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers primarily in Arabic; English communication skills are an added advantage.

• Explain product features clearly and accurately while supporting daily sales activities.

• Maintain organized product displays and ensure overall shop cleanliness and presentation.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic stock coordination tasks.

• Follow all store policies, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines.

• Deliver a courteous, professional, and customer-oriented shopping experience.

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential.

• Presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented.

• Willingness to learn product details, sales techniques, and safety procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a retail team.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 4,000, inclusive of fixed allowances.
