In this position, you will report to the Business Development Director, lead a team of Business Development Managers, and take responsibility for team performance, market penetration, and sales forecasting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team across the Middle East.

  • Set clear sales targets, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed to exceed goals.

  • Continuously assess and optimize team processes to drive efficiency and results.

  • Own and deliver on both personal and team new business targets.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting through Salesforce CRM.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management to generate new business opportunities.

  • Champion LexisNexis’ value proposition in legal tech and information solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Demonstrated success in direct sales management and team leadership.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed high-volume subscription sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and tools like Excel and Word.

  • A strategic, analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to leadership.
