Job Title: Sales Support Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Support Engineer to manage front desk responsibilities and assist the sales and technical teams with administrative tasks and the preparation of accurate technical quotations, particularly in the lighting or electrical domain.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and schedule meetings

Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and follow-ups

Prepare precise technical quotations related to lighting solutions (training provided)

Coordinate with the technical sales team for document preparation and quotation tracking

Ensure smooth communication flow between internal teams and external clients
Requirements:
-
Educational background in Engineering (Electrical/Lighting preferred)

Prior experience in preparing technical quotations
-
Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new systems and tools

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach

Experience working in an engineering, lighting, or power supply company
Preferred Candidate:

2 years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
-
Age: 0–30 years
