Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator (Arabic Speaker) to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting sales operations by managing order processing, client communication, inventory coordination, and assisting in lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and experienced in the automotive or industrial spare parts industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Customer Management

Process customer orders in collaboration with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Maintain and update sales records in CRM and ERP systems.

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to confirm inventory availability.
Sales Documentation & Reporting

Generate and manage sales documents including quotations, contracts, invoices, and status reports.

Analyze sales data and prepare reports to assist with performance tracking and strategic planning.
Sales Team Support

Support sales team operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing sales materials.

Prepare product catalogs, brochures, and promotional content.

Communicate regularly with sales prospects through emails, calls, and video meetings to nurture relationships.

Partner with the Sales Manager to develop new business leads.

Strengthen existing client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Inventory Coordination

Monitor stock levels and forecast inventory needs in collaboration with sales and procurement departments.

Assist in stock replenishment based on projected sales.
Internal Collaboration
-
Work closely with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Coordinate the launch of new products and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.

3–5 years of relevant experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in automotive or industrial parts.

Native-level fluency in Arabic and strong command of English.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and relationship management capabilities.

Proficiency in CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Package: AED 4,500 – 6,000 per month
