Job Title: Sales Supervisor 

Job Description:

Persian Horizon Tourism, a dynamic international firm, is expanding its corporate sales division and is on the lookout for a Sales Supervisor to lead B2B sales operations. This role requires a highly motivated professional with expertise in corporate solutions, especially in services like CRM, VOIP, and business consulting. If you’re fluent in Farsi and English, have a strategic sales mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and monitor team sales targets to drive revenue growth.

  • Provide hands-on training and support to sales executives.

  • Design innovative sales programs and implement creative outreach strategies.

  • Prepare customized proposals and handle contract negotiations.

  • Conduct meetings with prospective clients and close deals.

  • Identify new B2B markets and collaborate with product teams on development.

  • Source and coordinate with contractors for operational needs.

  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure top-tier service delivery.

  • Price products and services strategically, including special promotions.

  • Review and manage client orders, follow up on payments and maintain detailed customer records.

  • Engage with leads through calls, chats, and social media platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Nationality: Iranian (Farsi-speaking is a must)

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B corporate sales (CRM, VOIP, consulting, etc.)

  • Location: Must be residing in Dubai with valid UAE residency visa (company registered or sponsor-based)

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills

  • Proficient in CRM systems and telesales operations

  • English fluency required; knowledge of other international languages is a plus

  • Creative, analytical, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 7,000 – 9,000 per month

  • Incentives: Attractive commission structure

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Saturday: Until 3:00 PM
