This role focuses on expanding the company’s market presence in the UAE by identifying new business opportunities, engaging clients, and providing technical expertise in scaffolding and formwork systems. Ideal for a strategic and technically proficient sales professional with a strong network in the contractor market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities within the construction sector

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their needs

• Promote CDHorizon FZE’s scaffolding and formwork solutions, emphasizing safety, cost-effectiveness, and technical quality

• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and secure profitable contracts

• Provide technical and commercial guidance throughout project lifecycles

• Collaborate with internal teams on project planning and execution

• Offer support in static analysis and scaffolding design preparation

• Create market expansion strategies and monitor industry trends

• Attend project sites to ensure effective implementation and resolve technical challenges

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• Scaffolding certification preferred

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding erection, dismantling, and design

• Proven track record in business development and contractor sales in the UAE/GCC

• Strong understanding of scaffolding technical standards and project execution
