Job Summary

As a Sales Specialist at OceanAir, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads and nurturing relationships across our B2C, B2B, and OTA channels. This position demands a customer-centric mindset and a passion for the travel and tourism industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Convert direct inquiries and leads (B2C, B2B, OTA) into confirmed bookings for tours, experiences, and luxury stays.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital platforms and strategic partnerships.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, DMCs, and corporate partners.

  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales through calls, emails, and online platforms.

  • Upsell products to increase booking value, especially within the luxury and multi-day segments.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all OceanAir offerings, including desert safaris, city tours, and resort packages.

  • Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, operations, and reservations—to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Use CRM tools to document leads, interactions, and follow-ups accurately.

  • Analyze sales performance, prepare weekly reports, and suggest improvements.

  • Represent OceanAir at industry trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.

  • Leverage social media to drive interest, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales within the travel, hospitality, or tourism sectors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong understanding of the GCC and/or Eastern European tourism markets.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.

  • Social media savvy with a knack for trend-based engagement.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Passion for travel and a good grasp of customer travel behavior and destination preferences.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
