Position: Sales Specialist – New Clients
Location: Dubai, UAE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
Employment Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)
Compensation: AED 7,000 – 20,000/month (inclusive) + KPI-based bonus

We’re seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Specialist to focus on new client acquisition, guiding leads through the full sales cycle—from initial consultation to contract closure.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound leads across channels (ads, website, social media, referrals)

Conduct consultations (online and offline) to assess client needs

Prepare commercial offers and service package estimates

Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals efficiently

Ensure proper documentation and CRM (Bitrix24) tracking for each client

Coordinate with operations team for seamless service delivery

Follow up for renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs
Performance Metrics (KPIs):

90% of leads responded to within 24 hours
-
35–40% consultation-to-conversion ratio
-
Average deal value of AED 45,000+
-
Personal monthly revenue target: AED 700,000+

Customer satisfaction score (NPS): 8.5+
Candidate Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Russian
-
Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships professionally

Familiarity with Bitrix24 or similar CRM systems
-
Background in services like company formation, visas, and corporate banking is a plus

Organized, self-motivated, and result-driven

Must be currently based in the UAE
