Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Specialist to manage and expand our local B2B and international export sales channels. Key Responsibilities:
Local B2B Sales:

Identify, approach, and engage potential B2B clients within the UAE.

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive local business growth.

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with local clients.

Understand client needs to deliver tailored product solutions and maximize client satisfaction.

Achieve and exceed local sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate and updated client records and sales reports.
Export Sales:

Explore, identify, and establish new international markets for the company’s products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors and clients.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export processes, and documentation.

Collaborate with logistics teams to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries globally.
General Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to management.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.

2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with expertise in both local and export markets.

Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and grow client bases.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of Arabic, French, or other languages is a plus.

Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
