Job Title: Sales & Sourcing Assistant 

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing Dubai-based trading company specializing in food, beverages, and consumer goods (FMCG). We’re looking for a Sales & Sourcing Assistant who is passionate about sales, product research, and international trade. The ideal candidate will be Thai, fluent in English, and ready to thrive in a dynamic, global business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and source innovative products based on market trends and company needs

• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, particularly in Thailand and Asia

• Assist in preparing and managing purchase orders, follow-ups, and logistics

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the UAE and international markets

• Support the sales team by creating quotations, invoices, and handling admin tasks

• Maintain and update product, supplier, and pricing databases

• Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings when needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Thai nationality (currently in the UAE or open to relocation)

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

• Strong interest in sales, sourcing, and international business

• Good communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

• Prior experience in trading, procurement, or FMCG sales is a plus

• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of FMCG or food and beverage industry

• Experience working with Thai or Asian suppliers

• Familiarity with logistics and international shipping

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or ERP systems

• Social media skills for product promotion are a plus
