Sales Representative, T&HS Egypt and GCC
Ingredion Incorporated Dubai , UAE

Ingredion Incorporated, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a Sales Representative to manage customer sales and technical activities across Egypt and the GCC. This role is responsible for driving business growth, managing key customer accounts, and identifying new opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and revenue by managing and expanding the customer portfolio.

  • Develop and execute account plans to enhance Ingredion’s sales share.

  • Implement competitive pricing strategies and manage annual contract negotiations.

  • Identify and initiate customer growth projects for Texture and Healthful Solutions.

  • Represent Ingredion as the primary technical and commercial contact for customers.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Service, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support business initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer data in CRM systems (Salesforce.com, CPQ).

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

  • Proven sales experience in the food ingredients industry, preferably in a specialty environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of food processes and formulations.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Egypt and the GCC region.

  • Experience with specialty ingredients and the Egyptian market is a plus.
