Job Description:
RapidLine Immigration, a premier immigration consultancy firm, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, client engagement, and video marketing, with a strong drive to help people achieve their immigration goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:

Identify and connect with potential clients interested in immigration services.

Convert leads into successful sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Video Marketing & Digital Engagement:

Create engaging video content to promote RapidLine Immigration’s services.

Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) for client outreach and lead generation.

Work with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in immigration, education, or consultancy industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with social media marketing trends and digital engagement strategies.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:

AED 3,000 to 9,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

High commission structure (AED 1,000 per successful deal).
