Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in expanding our client base by conducting on-site visits, closing sales opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a commission-based role with clear performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site visits to at least 35 target clients per week (client lists provided; self-sourced leads also encouraged).

Secure a minimum of 13 client orders per week through strong communication and sales techniques.

Effectively close deals and maximize sales commission opportunities.

Analyze and summarize client information, sales opportunities, and market insights.

Submit visit reports and client data accurately through the CRM system.

Maintain regular communication and report progress to the Sales Manager daily.
Requirements:

Previous experience in field sales or customer-facing roles with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet weekly client visit goals.

Good analytical skills for client profiling and market reporting.

Based in GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait).
Salary:
AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances) + attractive sales commissions.
