Business Development Executive – Interior Fitout Services
Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client base in the interior fitout sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads, present tailored solutions, and close deals in fitout projects.

Understand client needs and develop customized proposals that align with their requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.

Monitor market trends, attend networking events, and contribute to sales strategies.

Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development efforts.
Requirements:

Open to Arabic and Asian nationals, aged 40 and below.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in fitout, construction, or building materials.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Valid UAE Driving License is required.
Salary & Benefits:
-
8,000 to 12,000 AED per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Attractive commission structure based on performance.
