Job Overview

This role is 100% recruitment-focused — no HR administration or paperwork — and offers the opportunity to directly impact company growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Head-hunt and recruit experienced senior real estate agents.

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process: outreach, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

• Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and team leaders to meet hiring targets.

• Scale recruitment efforts while maintaining high candidate quality.

• Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality, and retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales recruitment, preferably in real estate.

• Understanding of commission-based brokerage models.

• Experience hiring senior or producing agents.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate closing skills.

• Fast, structured, and KPI-driven mindset.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
