Job Title: Sales & Private Events Manager

Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales & Private Events Manager to lead our event sales and group bookings in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career while creating memorable moments for guests and forging strong client relationships.

In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, manage group bookings, and be the key liaison between clients and our restaurant team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, relationship-building, and exceeding guest expectations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by prospecting and engaging with businesses, event planners, and organizations for group dining of 15+ guests.

  • Manage the end-to-end booking process, including client coordination, event planning, and documentation.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to boost repeat business and referrals.

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create and execute local marketing strategies that increase foot traffic and bookings.

  • Attend events and act as a brand ambassador to expand visibility and business opportunities.

  • Maintain updated reports on sales pipelines, forecasts, and account activities.

  • Be onsite for client walkthroughs, in-restaurant events, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout.

  • Ensure alignment with company values such as integrity, professionalism, and guest focus.

  • Work from the assigned restaurant a minimum of 5 days per week, with flexible hours based on business needs.
