Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager – Gourmet Catering (Dubai)

In this foundational role, you’ll manage the entire client journey—from first inquiry to flawless event execution—while shaping our next phase of expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Manage client inquiries across B2C & B2B channels (email, WhatsApp, social media & Shopify).

Convert leads into confirmed orders while driving recurring revenue and building long-term client relationships.

Develop and manage partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, and MICE industry stakeholders.

Oversee event coordination by collaborating with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.

Track sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to scale successful initiatives.

Work closely with the founders to shape growth strategies and execute seasonal campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 3+ years of experience in sales, client service, or operations (preferably in F&B, events, or hospitality).
✅ Proven expertise in corporate sales and MICE partnerships.
✅ Fluent in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Familiarity with Shopify, CRMs, and digital-first sales strategies.
✅ Hands-on, startup mindset with a drive for growth and innovation.
