In this foundational role, you’ll manage the entire client journey—from first inquiry to flawless event execution—while shaping our next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries across B2C & B2B channels (email, WhatsApp, social media & Shopify).

• Convert leads into confirmed orders while driving recurring revenue and building long-term client relationships.

• Develop and manage partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, and MICE industry stakeholders.

• Oversee event coordination by collaborating with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Track sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to scale successful initiatives.

• Work closely with the founders to shape growth strategies and execute seasonal campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of experience in sales, client service, or operations (preferably in F&B, events, or hospitality).
✅ Proven expertise in corporate sales and MICE partnerships.
✅ Fluent in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Familiarity with Shopify, CRMs, and digital-first sales strategies.
✅ Hands-on, startup mindset with a drive for growth and innovation.
