Bayut & dubizzle are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support and drive sales teams to sell more effectively. In this role, you will provide operational support, assist in client onboarding, manage sales databases, and work with account managers to streamline processes and improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Maintain sales databases, manage client documentation, and support new business onboarding.

• Business Enablement: Provide operational support to account managers, assist in improving sales processes, and provide performance insights.

• Technical & Ops Support: Act as the liaison between sales and operations, reporting issues and gathering feedback.

• Reporting: Create, present, and provide actionable insights from performance data.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum secondary education, Bachelor’s preferred.

• Experience: 1-3 years in Sales Operations or a sales-enabling position, with e-commerce/classified space experience.

• Skills: Experience with CRM software, proficiency in Excel, and strong communication skills.

• Additional: Knowledge of real estate industry trends, account management, and customer service.
