Job Title: Sales & Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales & Operations Coordinator to support both business development and backend operational tasks in the fuel and lubricants sector. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, sales-driven, and capable of coordinating logistics, order processing, and customer engagement effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify and reach out to new clients across the UAE

Promote and sell diesel, lubricants, and related petroleum products

Conduct client visits, present product offerings, and close sales deals

Prepare and send quotations, achieving assigned monthly sales targets

Manage existing client accounts and follow up on repeat or renewal orders

Coordinate with delivery and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch
-
Monitor stock levels and oversee end-to-end order processing

Handle invoicing and maintain proper documentation

Follow up with clients on deliveries, service feedback, and satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and operational workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, operations, or coordination roles

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Valid UAE residency visa (mandatory)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills

Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
