Job Title: Sales & Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in sales support, logistics, or operations who can manage client communication, coordinate deliveries, and ensure seamless day-to-day processes between departments.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth workflow between the sales team, warehouse, and clients, while maintaining accurate records and assisting with order tracking and sample distribution.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the distribution of product samples to prospective clients.

Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.

Follow up with clients and logistics teams to confirm deliveries and resolve any issues.

Maintain accurate records of samples, orders, and inventory using Excel or Google Sheets.

Provide administrative support to the sales and operations departments.

Ensure clear and consistent communication between internal teams and external customers.
Requirements:

Currently based in Dubai.

Prior experience in sales coordination, logistics, or a similar support role (preferred).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Driving license is a plus.

Male candidates from the Philippines are preferred.

Certification or diploma-level education.
