Job Overview:

This role is designed for ambitious UAE Nationals with backgrounds in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or Data Analytics, eager to gain hands-on experience in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle quotations and support the Sales Team by preparing cost and calculation sheets.

• Conduct export control checks (Compass, Damex-E, Gloria, etc.) and ensure quotation accuracy.

• Prepare internal cost documentation and verify product details with technical teams.

• Process purchase orders, ensuring all documents and approvals are complete.

• Coordinate with order management teams and ensure accurate SAP data entry.

• Support customer onboarding by creating accounts in IMALL and master data lists.

• Track and follow up on material dispatch, ensuring timely customer updates.

• Liaise with logistics, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth delivery.

• Participate in CRM activities and provide administrative support to the Digital Industries team.
