Job Title: Sales Officer – Lead Generation Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Officer – Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals to meet revenue goals. While IT industry experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. What matters most is your ability to communicate, build relationships, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Research and identify potential clients through various channels (cold calls, online platforms, email campaigns, networking, etc.)

Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified sales leads

Initiate contact and schedule meetings with prospects
Sales & Client Relationship Management:

Understand client needs and offer tailored product/service solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Follow up consistently to guide leads through the sales funnel
Sales Performance:

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Track sales activities, conversion metrics, and market trends

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for optimized results
Market & Product Insight:

Stay informed on industry developments, competitors, and product knowledge

Offer insights into client feedback and emerging market needs

Participate in continuous learning and internal training sessions
Skills & Requirements:

Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized

Background in the IT sector is a plus, but not essential
