FMCG Sales Officer – F&B Division

We are hiring experienced FMCG Sales Officers to support the growth of leading food and beverage brands across Dubai and the UAE. This role focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening client relationships, and expanding distribution across modern trade, HORECA, and traditional retail channels.

The ideal candidate has hands-on UAE FMCG sales experience, strong market knowledge, and the ability to operate effectively in field-based sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Drive product distribution and ensure availability across supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail outlets.

• Expand market share by onboarding new customers and increasing shelf presence.

Account Management

• Manage relationships with key accounts including:

  • Modern Trade retail chains

  • HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)

  • B2B and bulk buyers

• Maintain strong partnerships to ensure repeat business and long-term growth.

Field Sales Operations

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels and merchandising standards.

• Identify competitor activity and provide market intelligence.

• Ensure proper product placement and visibility.

Order & Collection Management

• Process sales orders and coordinate timely deliveries.

• Handle collections and payments (pre-sell model where applicable).

• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions.

Reporting & Forecasting

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

• Provide sales forecasts and structured market feedback to management.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–5 years of UAE experience in FMCG food sales.

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory for field sales roles).

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Good understanding of:

  • Modern Trade retail environment

  • Traditional retail channels

  • HORECA distribution

• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.

• Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline.

Preferred Nationalities: Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka

Salary & Benefits

• AED 2,500 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Transportation allowance/benefits provided
