Allsopp & Allsopp Group is seeking a Sales Negotiator (relocating from the UK) to join their Dubai team. The role focuses on assisting clients with buying, selling, and letting residential properties while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities

Collect and organize property information and create marketing material.

Conduct property valuations and viewings.

Negotiate with prospective buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords.

Monitor sales and lets with support from Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients after viewings.

Stay updated with Dubai residential property market rules, regulations, and trends.

Generate new business through networking and the company’s database.

Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, and other real estate agencies during transactions.
Skills & Requirements
-
Previous sales experience advantageous but not essential.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Professional, presentable, and honest with strong networking skills.

Positive attitude, hardworking, punctual, and a supportive team player.

Fluency in a second language is an advantage.

UK or UAE driving license and own vehicle (company/hire vehicle optional).

Smart business attire required at all times.
