Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer service, product merchandising, stock management, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation at the sales counter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve customers with a friendly attitude.

• Take customer orders accurately and follow the WISE program.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and sales area.

• Ensure timely and proper delivery by organizing the warehouse and selling space.

• Refill and merchandize display counters (buckets & containers) as per the daily plan.

• Maintain product knowledge and follow planograms.

• Perform stock rotation using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) method.

• Conduct regular stock taking and inventory checks.

• Submit timely reports and follow instructions from the Manager or Supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Higher Secondary or equivalent.

• Experience: 1-2 years in merchandising or retail stock management preferred.

• Language: Good command of English.

• Skills:

  • Strong merchandising and stock control abilities.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
