Key Responsibilities:

• Work within the Saudi team focusing on the Sales & Marketing recruitment market.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement.

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

• Proactively source candidates through networking, events, and referrals.

• Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts to ensure long-term success.

• Represent the Robert Walters brand through professional engagement with high-profile clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and market penetration.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within Accountancy & Finance or Sales & Marketing.

• Proven billing track record and experience in a 360 recruitment role.

• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication and client management abilities.

• Willingness to relocate to Dubai (if based internationally).
