Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join a leading supplier of fittings and pipes serving engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) projects across the MENA region. This full-time position is ideal for professionals who are strategic, relationship-oriented, and experienced in industrial product sales.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

• Location: Dubai, UAE

• Salary: Up to AED 18,000 (all-inclusive) based on experience and qualifications

• Incentives: Annual performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and explore new market opportunities, key industry players, and customer segments

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders

• Design and lead marketing initiatives such as digital campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events to boost brand presence

• Prepare and present effective business proposals, presentations, and contracts

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market

Candidate Requirements:

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals

• Female, aged 45 years or below

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the pipes and fittings industry or similar industrial supply sectors

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills

• Strategic thinker with a proactive and customer-centric approach
